Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, briefs and panties can only be returned if the hygienic liner is intact.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
- We will send you the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send your exchange.
