Refund policy

We want you to love your fit. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, briefs and panties can only be returned if the hygienic liner is intact.
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at contact@saintmaren.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to confirm whether the return is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right at no cost to you.
