Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry, away from direct sun. Do not machine wash, wring, bleach, tumble dry or iron.

With the gusset open, step in and pull the bodysuit up over your hips, smoothing the fabric as you go.
Settle the top
Slip on the straps or sleeves, adjust the straps and position your bust comfortably.
Close and smooth
Fasten the gusset and smooth the fabric over your waist so there are no folds. That's it.

Does a waist trainer make you lose weight?
No. A waist trainer shapes your silhouette while you wear it and supports your posture. It does not burn fat or change your body on its own.
Can I work out in it?
Yes. Many customers wear it over leggings for walking, weights and cardio. Drink water and take it off if you feel lightheaded.
Can I wear it under clothes?
Yes. It is slim enough to sit under fitted tops and dresses; the nude and black shades are the most discreet.
How do I choose my size?
Measure your waist at its narrowest point and your hips at their fullest, then compare with the size chart in the Size guide on this page (available in XS to 3XL). If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. You can also email contact@saintmaren.com with your measurements and we will recommend a size.
How many hours a day can I wear it?
It is made for all-day wear. If it is your first shaper, start with a few hours and build up. Take it off if you feel discomfort or shortness of breath.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry, away from direct sun. Do not bleach, wring, tumble dry or iron. Gentle care keeps the compression working for longer.
How long does shipping take?
